Jill scott weight loss journey has been tremendous as she weighed 263 pounds before and then managed to lose 63 pounds since she began her weight loss journey.
She did at least 60 minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week and also did strength training and boxing. While she shared the secret of her weight loss, she said that she tried different methods such as juicing, taking care of her sugar intake and changing up the types of food she eats.
